Visitors can step into the realm of pure flavors and authentic traditions at the ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point, right in the heart of Sărmaș! This is not just an eatery, it is described as a journey into the soul of Transylvanian shepherd cuisine, where the gift of nature meets meticulously preserved recipes. Here, every bite is said to bring back the taste of childhood, proving that the most memorable experiences are born from the simplest ingredients. The cornerstone of the kitchen is lamb meat, which is used to prepare unforgettable dishes, carefully spiced and following local traditions. Special attention is also paid to the treasures of the forest: fresh, carefully selected wild mushrooms from the surrounding woods—Boletus, Honey Fungus, and Chanterelles —enrich the menu, cleaned with care and transformed into delicious meals. The deepest flavor experience is offered by the rustic potatoes baked in embers, whose smoky aroma evokes the genuine, original shepherd fires. To complement these, the establishment offers its artisanal sourdough bread (pita), prepared using traditional methods, its taste carrying the warmth of a grandmother's kitchen. ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point  is presented as the meeting point for the delicacies of the past, present, and future. The foundations of the castle built in Renaissance and Classicist styles were laid at the beginning of the 17th century by Mihály Daniel, deputy captain of Three Chairs (later Covasna county). Since then, the edifice has suffered many transformations, but there is one thing that has not changed: the murals, which can be considered its trademark. These frescoes, found both on the inside and outside wall, present the Daniel family and scenes from the political life of that period.  Taste the local gastronomy or enjoy a Renaissance dinner. 

Accommodation: Deság Resort has 10 houses and 3 rooms with separate entrances. The spacious wooden houses have two bedrooms with own bathroom and a living room with extra bed (if necessary). Most of the houses have a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, etc.). Cable TV and free WiFi internet access are provided in the houses and rooms. The 28 rooms can accommodate 86 guests (24 extra beds included). Restaurant: We offer half or full board according to the needs of our guests with a buffet breakfast in our 50 person restaurant. Our gastronomic specialty are the traditional dishes. These dishes include grilled trout, stuffed cabbage with sour cream, goulash in cauldron, homemade bread with potato and the famous Szekler cake. A pavilion at ​​the Nagy-Küküllő riverside is provided for barbecue. The garden party at the campfire is an excellent opportunity for a pleasant evening, but we can organize a gypsy folk dance evening on request. Event room: Our event hall is ideal for conferences, team building games, various events and celebrations. It can accommodate to 80-100 people. Upon request, we provide the sound system, projector and screen. It is also the perfect host for thematic courses and team building programs for children. Sport facilities: We offer for our guests a wide range of active recreations, which include the following services: • Mobile swimming pool, salt bath, sauna, sunbathing area • Mountain kayaks / Rafting – 1 or 2 person kayaks, full equipement included, neoprene clothing, boots, helmet, life jacket • Football and tennis court with artificial grass and night lighting – Great location for team building • Bike rental – 20 bicycles are available to the claimants • Zetekart • Fitness room – Treadmill, spinning bike, bench for weight-lifting, weights 1-10 kg, ping pong table • For children – Trampoline, playground and children’s room • Reviving the Transylvanian Szekler traditions, we organize Székely dance house with live music, homemade bread and Szekler cake baking, or even traditional pig-killing. • For extreme sports enthusiasts, we organize off-road motocycle (Enduro) and Off-Road car tours with adventurous access to nearby attractions and outdoor snacks.   Our partners’ services include other options, such as: cross-country skiing, mountaincart, boogie cars, ATV, snowmobiling, riding lessons or horseback riding, and of course bear wach in the nearby mountains.

Our complex of buildings was renovated in 2007, and is divided in two parts: the quarters are on the first floor, and the restaurant, the bar, the kitchen, the toilets, offices, deposits are situated on the pit.   The restaurant has 140 places, which are divided in two saloons:   - the big saloon with 125 places - the protocol saloon with 15 places   The restaurant also features a counter, without sitting places. The wall of this bar is decorated with the picture of well-known personalities hosted by us, and with the numerous certificates, trophies and medals won on national and international competitions. Seasonally, mostly in the summertime we have the possibility to assure another 20 places in our summer-garden, where also the furnace is placed. Zsigmond Malom Inn is located in Mădăraş Ciuc village, at the foot of Harghita mountains, on an island formed by Olt and Madicsa rivers. The property has three hectares and provides an ideal place for our guests to rest and enjoy the beauties of nature, in every season of the year. The three upgraded peasant houses can accommodate 22 people in 11 double rooms with bathroom and traditional painted furniture. The guests could use a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room. There is a secure parking on the property, in the fenced yard.
