Plum dumplings (Szilvás gombóc) are delicacies belonging to traditional Hungarian cuisine.
The composition includes potatoes, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs and plums, to which cinnamon and sugar can be added. The dessert is made in the form of dough balls filled with plums, which are then boiled in water, poured and rolled into bread and sugar.
