Tradition and Renewal – Adding Flavor to Our Days with a Celebration of Local Tastes

Date: July 11–12, 2026
Venue: Csíksomlyó (Șumuleu Ciuc) – Mary Garden, 152 Szék Street

The 11th Székely Land Medicinal Herb Days welcomes visitors this year with a two-day event in Csíksomlyó, where medicinal herbs, culinary herbs, local products, and traditional Székely flavors take center stage.

The aim of the event is to showcase the treasures of nature, the values of local communities, and the achievements of value-creating work carried out in our homeland.

We invite everyone interested to join us for professional lectures, a producers’ market, gastronomic demonstrations, and community programs, offering an opportunity to discover the herbal and culinary heritage of Székely Land.
Two days where tradition meets renewal, knowledge meets community, and nature meets people.

Free outdoor event. The organizers reserve the right to modify the program.
