Welcome to our countryside! GALFFIS chocolate is the first chocolate factory in Transylvania. Visitors to their factory will be shown the secrets of chocolate making. Our showroom can accommodate up to 25 people. Visitors can listen to our chocolate history lecture while enjoying our finest own-brand coffees and teas. Our cosy terrace can accommodate up to 15 people. GALFFIS offers a Family-friendly programme: • we are presenting the history of the chocolate factory from its beginnings to the present day • a demonstration of chocolate making from cocoa bean to bar • a short introduction to coffee roasting • the highlight of the programme is a tasting of chocolate specialities  The duration of the demonstration and tasting is approximately 35-45 minutes. The visitor can purchase in our showroom and taste the chocolate specialities. The maximum number of people per visit is 15-25. The Via Napoli restaurant is such a special place where Costantino Sieno, an Italian chef, cooks for us, and presents us with a taste of Italy in a pleasant environment in the city center.  On our menu, you will find typical Italian cuisine - pizzas, Italian pasta, meats and seafood.  Thanks to our chef's passion, our menu page is constantly changing to give you more culinary experience.  The Via Napoli restaurant is located in the area of ​​Miercurea Ciuc where you can eat well and delicious in a pleasant, friendly, familiar environment, as we do in Italy.  Our restaurant is at your disposal for organizing various events, family gatherings, evenings with friends and business meetings.

We are both a confectionery and a pastry lab. In addition to our 25 years of professional experience, another asset of our confectionery is that we only sell our products. Only in this way can we always ensure the exceptional quality of our products. We have a varied range of products, from cake slices, cakes and dessert specialties to long-lasting pastry products in different packages and sizes. Thus, we can be both collaborators and suppliers of retailers, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, catering companies, school and corporate buffets, kindergartens, or event organizer companies. For special or important occasions, we also offer complete packages of products and services to individuals. Whether it is a birthday, baptism, wedding, children's events or even festive receptions, our pastry lab offers those interested wonderful cakes and desserts, as well as dessert buffets.
