Our family business is always striving for high quality and demanding work, being also open to new features that make it unique and special.
Our offer extends from year to year, thanks both to the excellent imagination of the trade fairs we participate in, as well as to our experience in traveling and external and domestic fairs.
We expect our customers in our shop in Bethlenfalva and in the Alexandra confectionery in Márton Áron Square, with over 150 fresh products prepared daily.

We are both a confectionery and a pastry lab. In addition to our 25 years of professional experience, another asset of our confectionery is that we only sell our products. Only in this way can we always ensure the exceptional quality of our products.
We have a varied range of products, from cake slices, cakes and dessert specialties to long-lasting pastry products in different packages and sizes. Thus, we can be both collaborators and suppliers of retailers, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, catering companies, school and corporate buffets, kindergartens, or event organizer companies.

Welcome to our countryside!
GALFFIS chocolate is the first chocolate factory in Transylvania. Visitors to their factory will be shown the secrets of chocolate making. Our showroom can accommodate up to 25 people. Visitors can listen to our chocolate history lecture while enjoying our finest own-brand coffees and teas. Our cosy terrace can accommodate up to 15 people.
GALFFIS offers a Family-friendly programme:
• we are presenting the history of the chocolate factory from its beginnings to the present day
• a demonstration of chocolate making from cocoa bean to bar
• a short introduction to coffee roasting
• the highlight of the programme is a tasting of chocolate specialities
The duration of the demonstration and tasting is approximately 35-45 minutes.
The visitor can purchase in our showroom and taste the chocolate specialities.
The maximum number of people per visit is 15-25.

The Kenyérműhely is a handcraft bakery and café in Gyergyószentmiklós. Our products (breads, sourdough baguettes, pastries) are made in the ancient way, using natural leavening, rye and spelt flour as a healthy basic food for our customers. It's an easily digestible high nutrition food, which feeds the body and soul daily. We are convinced that good bread is for everyone.
