Jolán Mózes produces traditional jams for eig ht years, which receipt she learned from her parents, grandparents and the elder people in Chinușu. The jams and the syrups consist of fruits, sugar and a little preservative. These are cooked or pressed cold.
They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with nine products.
