Gáll Erzsébet

Gáll Erzsébet, after she lost her job in 2002, she got her manufacturing licence and started producing jams, sirups, juices and fruit compotes. In 2005 she registered her activity at the Trade Market as an independent activity. First, she used only fruits from her own garden: sour cherry, raspberries and blackcurrant. From 2005 she added products made from elderberry, fir buds, black blueberries and pinecones.
In 2020 the company obtained the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain product for twenty eight berries products.
