The location offers 5 double rooms and one two-room apartment, each with a private bathroom, TV, and Wi-Fi, providing a total capacity of 14 guests (plus 4 extra beds). Just 200 meters from the ski slope, 450 meters from the mofetta, and 100 meters from the skating rink, Deer House is located along the main road in Harghita-Băi.  The second floor offers 4 comfortable rooms with double beds and private bathrooms – two with skylight windows and two with balconies. All rooms are suitable for extra beds, with a maximum capacity of 13 guests.  On the ground floor there is a convenience store and a summer terrace café; the first floor hosts a 3-star restaurant with seating for 38.  The building has no yard, only parking spaces around it.
