The Búzakalász Company was founded at the beginning of 2012, but the idea of a bakery established on traditional production methods was developed earlier.

In this bakery traditional wood-fired ovens are used. Breads are made with natural leaven, without additives. The bakery products are home-made, stuffed with natural fruits and other kind of natural ingredients, assuring them a harmonious aroma.

The company got its right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 4 bakery product categories in 2013.
