The Authentic Meat Company’s main activity is meat processing. In the winter of 2012, they have decided to bring back the cuisine tradition of the past under the brand name “Székelyfalat”, according to childhood experiences and traditional grandmother’s recipe, in order to enjoy old culinary experiences nowadays as well.
The company earned its right to use of PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 20 meat products in 2014.
