Do you love traditional smoked bacon? Now is your chance to taste the best homemade bacon from Szeklerland and decide which one is the most delicious!

Smoke and Salt - Szekler Bacon Tasting is a special gastronomic event where anyone can enter their own bacon to compete. Visitors can taste, vote, and help select the audience’s favorite!

How to participate?

If you want to enter your bacon in the competition, you must register in advance by March 18, 4:00 PM at +40 749 967 146.
The bacon samples must be delivered to the venue on March 21, between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. A minimum of 1 kg is required.

What do you need to know about tasting and voting?

The entered bacon samples will be displayed with names, allowing all attendees to taste them. At the end of the day, the public will vote for the most delicious ones! The owners of the top five bacon samples with the most votes will receive special prizes.

Announcement of results:

The competition results and the winners of the public vote will be announced on Saturday, March 22, at 1:00 PM, at the event location.
