We are delighted to announce one of the first special gastronomic events at our new restaurant! Enjoy a three-course goose feast paired with carefully selected wines, where the traditional St. Martin’s Day atmosphere meets exciting modern flavors.

The dishes will be prepared by chef Bándi from s Art Kitchen, while the wines will be presented by Anett Bakó.

MENU

Starter
A liver duet inspired by „Ludas Mátyás”, served on toasted brioche with freeze-dried raspberries and roasted walnuts.

Main Course
Slow-cooked, tender and crispy goose leg, served with leek and apple potatoes, red cabbage millet bites, chestnut pumpkin purée, and pears stuffed with blue cheese.

Dessert
White chocolate and quince cheesecake with almonds, warm vanilla sauce, halva mousse, and crumble.
