The PanGastRo Association, in collaboration with Jónás Dénes, an authorised trainer of the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) and BIBAS Group, is organising a professional barista course on the preparation of espresso coffee and espresso-based milk drinks (cappuccino, latte macchiato, cafe latte, etc.). The course is aimed at people who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in professional coffee preparation.
The course lasts 2 days and will have a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the course will last 3 hours.
The course is held in Romanian with written course support in English. At the end of the course participants will receive the .pdf presentation. The focus will be on the practical part, lasting 13 hours.
All participants have the possibility to obtain an SCA accredited diploma by taking a practical and theoretical exam.
