Equestrian tours at the Endorphin Sport Office in Gheorgheni are for those who want an active holiday. Romfeld László, the head of the office, is a guide for equestrian tourism and leads many mountain trips in different regions of Transylvania. The trips organized in the office start from Gheorgheni and reach places such as: The Lonely Rock (Piatra Singuratică) from Hăşmaşu Mare, Red Lake, Şugău Cave, Lázár Castle, etc. According to Romfeld László, one-day tours range from approx. 40 km of riding and lasts for at least 7 hours. For those who want something more, Romfeld László recommends so-called "outlaws trips", where accommodation is made in tents or sleeping bags under tarpaulins, in the so-called bivouacs. From May until mid-November, horses are kept outdoors, this being the best time for mountain laps, says Romfeld László. Weekend tours contain a ride on the ground (2 to 3 hours) and two daily trips (4-5 hours), and one-week trips consist of day trips (5 to 6 days). What we offer: • Trail riding and cart tours – We organize half-hour, several-hour, or even full-day tours upon request. Our full-day tours are made unforgettable with a cozy visit to a local sheepfold. The route is tailored to the needs of the group when booking the program. For trail riding, the maximum group size is 8 persons. • Pony rides and farm experiences – Even the youngest visitors can try horse riding in a safe environment and discover the daily life of a farm on the association’s property. The lessons take place in the special facility near the forest, where the beginners will get introduced to the horse, learn how to groom and harness it, followed by being lunged in a circle, allowing the riders to learn the correct riding position, to find and maintain balance before learning to control the horse themselves. Călăria terapeutică valorifică beneficiile relației clădite cu caii, precum beneficiile călăritului în facilitatrea dezvoltării, reabilitării și vindecării copiilor cu diferite probleme și dizabilități. Intervenția terapeutică este individualizată și se realizează pe baza indicațiilor medicale. Este recomandată în cazul afecțiunilor ortopedice, problemelor de motricitate, deficiențelor senzoriale, afecțiunilor neurologice, în tulburări ale spectrului autist precum și în cazul întârzierii intelectuale. Cu ajutorul activităților asistate de cai se dezvoltă deprinderile și aptitudinile necesare în viața școlară și în viața cotidiană, într-o formă jucăușă și apropiată de copii.  Aceste activități sunt recomandate copiilor cu cerințe educaționale speciale, cu tulburări de comportament, cu blocaj emoțional și cu întârzieri în dezvoltare. Incurajam echitatia responsabila in manej si in natura, cu scopul de a crea o legatura de prietenie intre calaret si cal.  Călăria reprezintă o experienţă unică din multe puncte de vedere: afectiv şi relaţional, psihologic, social şi fizic. Abilitatea de a controla un cal asemenea propriului corp induce încredere în sine, responsabilitate şi spirit de echipă.  Printre beneficiile fizice aduse prin echitatie se enumera: îmbunătăţirea echilibrului, fortificarea musculaturii, îmbunătăţirea coordonării, reflexe mai rapide şi îmbunătăţirea planificării motrice, întinderea muschilor încordaţi sau spastici, îmbunătăţirea respiraţiei şi a circulaţiei, îmbunătăţirea apetitului şi digestiei. In prezent detinem aproximativ 16 cai, toti educati in manej si adaptati plimbarilor calare in natura. Rasele din cadrul centrului de echitatie sunt urmatoarele: pur-sange arab, shagya arab, frizian, lipitan, cal de sport romanesc, semigreu romanesc, cei din urma fiind considerati ideali activitatii cu incepatori. Initierea calaretilor se face in manejul exterior, acesta fiind construit din materiale de inalta calitate pentru ca lectiile sa se desfasoare in conditii de confort si siguranta.

The Equestrian Center in Cotormani specializes primarily in training recreational horses, young horses and foals, as well as horses in the hostel. Equestrian School "Kavalliera" offers complete services for children from about 2 years old to champions. In equestrian camps regularly organized by the Kavalliera Club, children have unforgettable experiences, as there are various competitions, equestrian activities and equestrian activities, and enriching their abilities. Horses communication and non-violent approach are an integral part of the equestrian club's life.

You can reach the Equestrian Club Remetea by going on several small streets from the Remetea village, Remetea commune. The horse farm is surrounded by mountains and wide fields. Sopárkút Guesthouse is situated in a beautiful clearing, 14 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc and 31 km from Miercurea Ciuc, in Homorod Băi, on the Cekend Plateau. Located in a small, well hidden, Hungarian speaking Transylvanian village, Kiskede, our small sized family-run riding facility offers horseback riding vacations and equestrian tours for adult riders, groups of 2-6 people. We provide not only well trained Hungarian warmbloods, but during the tours we also combine the great experience of riding with unique landscape and wildlife of Transylvania, spiced up with clean air and healthy environment. We respect and adore the traditional Transylvanian village and try to show the riders a slice of that. At the end of a day of riding, great accommodation with local food is awaiting our guests.

The Csicser farm began organizing equestrian activities about three years ago. It has twenty horses, of which ten are suitable for daily riding lessons. The horses are of the Lipizzaner, Pinto and Arab breeds, joined by four Shetland ponies and three donkeys. The farm offers equestrian activities throughout the year. Riding lessons for beginners are held in the open manege of the farm. Apart from riding, children have duty tasks and they learn how to take care of the horses. They also learn how to harness the horse, feeding and watering techniques, cleaning the barn, etc. Those who are already in command of the mane have the opportunity to ride on horseback. Riding lessons can be followed throughout the year, and the recommended age for starting riding is six years. Every summer Csicser Farm organizes horse riding camps for children. The five-day camps offer a wide range of activities for young participants.

Hipparion Equestrian Center was established in 1995 and is known as a famous riding company in Europe. Sólyom Major, a tourist center (Ecovillage), aims to create a place for visitors that brings tranquility and takes us out of the everyday rat race. We wanted to establish a true tourist oasis, an Ecovillage, in the heart of Transylvania, where not only our family but also anyone who shares similar values can come. Our guesthouse has 11 rooms and is suitable for team-building events, corporate gatherings, conferences, presentations, courses, and family programs.
