Located in South-East Transylvania, Harghita county of central Romania, Salt Crystal offers a fine holiday experience in a very effective way. Nine log cabins built to accommodate up to four persons each, created with our guests in mind to provide a home away from home, where one always would like to return. A rapidly developing town named Praid gives home to Salt Crystal, two major attractions are the basis of the growing tourism. The "Salt Halls" created by the partial exploitation of a huge salt block, located underground here at the foothills of the Carpathian mountains. In the recent years this salt halls developed into a resort to reap the benefits of a 100% bacteria free environment, which is proven to treat and soothe, some of the respiratory problems and rheumatism. The regions natural salt water wells give the idea of building a spa right next to the salt halls, creating an outstanding retreat for the visitors of Praid. In addition to this there are many activities in Praid, where one can get familiar with the famous local gastronomy, different festivals, exhibitions and folk traditions of the region. Neighboring towns are great contributors to the enjoyment of the area, Sovata a widely recognized town from its tourism, built around natural salt lakes and spas. Corund the center of the folk artifacts and handmade goods, it is a never ending source of traditional folk arts. Visiting the famous Transylvania castles, fortresses from Salt Crystal, it is very convenient given its central location. We also gladly provide guidance to our guests at request and assist any possible way.

Accommodation: total capacity 16 persons in 4 double rooms, 4 apartment type rooms.  Our double rooms are equipped with two single beds, satellite TV, desk with chair, minibar, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetics.  Our rooms are equipped with: living room with sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave oven, water heater, electric hob, satellite TV, wifi, bathroom with shower and drying cosmetics. Bedroom with two single beds, desk with chair, bedside table. Free WiFi is available in the hotel, our rooms are non-smoking. At the ground floor of the pension there is a dining room, with a capacity of 36 persons, we offer local specialties: soups, steaks, stuffed cabbage, trout, etc. On request: live music, popular music. 

Zetea – known for its hospitality – is situated at a distance of 12 km from Odorheiu Secuiesc, in the North, on the bank of the Târnava Mare river, along the way connecting Brădești-Gheorgheni, in the Western part of the Harghita mountains. The clean and fresh air, the beautiful and quiet landscape and the pinewoods surrounding the area attract tourists. My name is Olga Lajosné Sándor and I have managing guest-houses and seeing guests together with my family since 1996. We created a chain of guest-houses in the village and started seeing guests. In Zetea more than 60-70 families offer hospitality services. We can accommodate larger groups as well. We have three guest-houses: Botond, Zsuzsa and Olga guest-houses. The guests can either book only rooms or they can book the whole house. The Zsuzsa and Botond houses have 5 twin rooms. Our family has developed village tourism, so we started to create a group of guest-houses. Our guest-houses Zsuzsi and Botond have a number of 5 rooms and the Olga guest-house has 2 rooms. The guests can either book only rooms or they can book the whole house. These guest-houses are situated in a quiet area, in the central part of the village and they are surrounded by a large orchard. Our dear guests can wake up to the sound of the birds and they can smell the flowers. We can offer a safe parking area for cars in the yard.

Csillagösvény Pension is located in Căpâlniţa and offers ski-to-door access. This bed and breakfast provides a garden as well as a terrace. This bed and breakfast with mountain views has a bathroom with a bath or shower and a hair dryer. A flat-screen TV is featured. A continental breakfast is served at the property. The bed and breakfast has a playground. If you would like to discover the area, skiing and cycling are possible nearby and a ski equipment rental service can be arranged. Sovata is 43 km away from Csillagösvény Pension. The nearest airport is Târgu Mureș Transylvania Airport, 84 km away from the property.

Our cozy wellness hotel has 9 comfortable double bed rooms, a restaurant which gives space for more than 80 persons, a café and a terrace with 100 seats.  The wellness center provides you with a complete service package that includes sauna, steam bath, kneipp and massage therapy. The 90 square meter large indoor swimming pool, the hot salt water pool and the Jacuzzi will also make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. 

Skanzen is the result of the rescue of 15 old farm houses. We operate as an accommodation and event venue. It is an ideal venue for weddings, camps and corporate events.  We can provide accommodation and catering for 150 people. The accommodation complex is made of wood and stones from the area, in rustic style. These materials give the place more warmth and aesthetics.
