The Parish of the Translation of the Relics of Saint Stephen belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Alba Iulia, within the Gyergyó/Gheorgheni Deanery. Currently, church service is carried out by parish priest Zoltán Keresztes, originally from Csíkszentgyörgy, and by Fr. Hunor Gál, Armenian parish priest, serving as assistant chaplain. The cantor is Gellért Szilágyi.
The church’s feast day is celebrated on May 30, and the perpetual adoration day is September 28.
