Korona Guesthouse enjoys a quiet location in the spa town of Borsec, 700 m from the closest ski slope. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, a minibar and a TV. You can sample Romanian and international dishes at the on-site restaurant and enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar.

The simply furnished rooms come with a desk and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

During summer, you can barbecue and dine on Korona’s terrace, while children can have fun on a playground. Massages are available on request.

Free public parking is possible on site. Shuttle services can be requested and horse-drawn sleigh rides are offered during winter. Bicycles can also be rented at the property.

The local mineral water spring is 1 km away and a bus station can be reached within 4 minutes on foot. Toplița is 28 km from Korona pension.

According to the legend the Hungarian poet Petőfi Sándor lived in this house for a couple of days during his trip made to Transylvania in 1846. Our story begins in August 2004, when four Italians inaugurated an Italian restaurant in the old center of Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda. Today, San Gennaro is one of the city's most famous restaurants. None of this, however, could have happened without Italo De Michelis. More precisely, an Italian citizen who brought us a piece of Italy in Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda.
