Gyopár Guesthouse

The Nyikó Motel first opened in 1999 but it got the infrastructure that you can see today in 2004 when, considering the changing demand of the tourism market, it was remodeled. 9 additional rooms were built allowing that the 4-bed rooms could be changed into doubles providing a comfortable stay for our guests. Currently we have one single room, 16 doubles, 6 three-bed rooms, and 2 four-bed rooms. We can provide accommodation for up to 70 guests. The rooms are all comfortably decorated; they each have their own bathroom and a TV set. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served upon request in the motel’s restaurant or summer garden. Guests can also use the services provided by the closed parking lot and the motel’s own gas station.

Situated at the foothills of the Harghita mountains, Pensiunea Trăsura - Hintó Panzió offers rooms with an LCD TV at the Northern end of the Odorheiu Secuiesc. Horse-drawn carriage rides and city tours can be arranged. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Hintó Panzió’s rooms also come with air conditioning and a fridge. Private bathrooms come with a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony with mountain views. On request, traditional dishes can be prepared by the hosts. There is a communal kitchen for guests to prepare meals and a communal lounge. Willing guests can take part in local farming activities or traditional customs. It is also possible to relax in the large courtyard or garden. Free secured parking is provided on site. The Harghita-Mădăraș ski slopes are 10 km away. A pick-up service from the train station is available on request.

The family-run Lázár Pension & Restaurant is located in the centre of Gheorgheni and comes with a restaurant and café, cosy rooms with private bathroom and free Wi-Fi in the entire property. The restaurant of the Lázár Pension serves regional dishes and also has a terrace. The garden is fitted with a playground for children. In January, 2019, we opened the Salt Cave CsodaSó - Miraculous Salt in Gheorgheni. With more than 8 tons of Himalayan salt and crushed salt bricks, you can use the salt benefits many times for your health.  Gheorgheni Train Station is 2 km away. The botanical garden of Gheorgheni is 2.5 from the Lázár guest house, whilst the ski slopes of the Ciumaci Ski Area are just a 10-minute drive away.

The 3 star rated Balu House*** refuge is distinguished by its special architecture, built on 3 levels in specific traditional style of the area, but also equipped with modern facilities, being the place where while you bread pure pure air, rich in oxygen you will find and privacy, peace and recreation. Situated at the top of the Csipike ski slope and a few steps away from the adventure park, Balu House*** is the main starting point of marked tourist trails and the road leading to the Miklós and Kossuth ski slopes.

Luxurious, large and comfortable rooms with 2 or 3 beds are at your disposal. Each room has its own bathroom, minibar, LCD. The spectacular mountains, the beautiful hills and the valleys around the guesthouse not only offer stunning views, they are also the number 1 attraction for tourists. This guesthouse is in a quiet area away from the noise of the city, a great place for relaxation.

Situated in Siculeni, the heart of Harghita county, 33 km from Băile Tuşnad, Amadé guesthouse features a terrace offering mountain views. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units have a seating area for your convenience. The rooms include a private bathroom fitted with a bath or a shower.  The restaurant greets the guests with various meals, including international, local and traditional Hungarian cuisine. Guest can play billiards at the bar. A business centre is also available. A bowling centre, a tennis court, table tennis or football paid facilities can be found within a short walk from here. 

Boróka Pension is a 5-minute drive from the town of Odorheiu Secuiesc, and features a large interior yard with a garden, gazebo and barbecue facilities, a fully equipped common kitchen for free guests’ use, and free Wi-Fi in all areas. All rooms come decorated in different colours. Each unit is furnished with a TV and a fridge, and contain a private bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is also provided. "Boróka" guesthouse is located in Băile Tușnad. The town is one of the most beautiful spa resorts in Transylvania. The clean air, the proximity of mountains and forests will help you become fully relaxed. The three-star guesthouse can accommodate 44 people in rooms with 2, 3, 4 or 6 beds. Our guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, where they could prepare food if they wish. If you are a bit tired after the hikes in the surrounding mountains, the hotel's own sauna will recover you. You can cook if you want in our backyard, because, as it is well known, the food prepared outdoors is the tastiest. Irénke guesthouse is located on DN 12, about 38 km from Miercurea Ciuc and 19 km from Gheorgheni. The place is on the watershed boundary between Olt and Mureș rivers. You could relax in this guesthouse as in your grandparents' home. The children could watch small house pets in the owner's micro farm. The home bears the name of the owner, the host being a sociable, cheerful and generous person who deals with all the aspects of your accommodation so that you could leave with pleasant memories from Izvoru Mureșului.
