Mónika Fodor, during her childhood, assisted her grandmother when she baked bread. At the moment she bakes the breads with the same passion, respecting her grandmother’s recipe, with own primary materials and leaven, in the wooden-fired oven.
She got right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for homemade bread and for bread made of whole extraction spelt in 2013.
