Upon your arrival on Monday evening a gourmet dinner with specific wild hunt meat at the Honor Villa accommodation will be served. In the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, after Breakfast participants will attend a 5-6 hours riding tour with our Icelandic horses. During each trip a break in the middle of the nature will be taken and the participants can enjoy a small snack provided by us. After the horseback riding tour, the participants could visit the bear observatories or can enjoy a walk in the nature. In every evening a gourmet dinner with local specialties will be served. Tourists who wish to take a discovery tour through the town and its surroundings can do it in the traditional way: sitting in the back of a horse-drawn wagonette. During the tour we roam in Transylvania, near the mountains surrounding the village of Sândominic/Csíkszentdomokos, where there is a very nice view of the Bicaz Gorge-Hășmaș  National Park, the Ciuc/Csíki Mountains and the Harghita Mountains. The trip starts from Sândominic/Csíkszentdomokos, with one or two carts, depending on the number of people. The purpose of the tour is for families and groups of friends to roam together in nature, and experience the beauties of equestrian hiking. At lunchtime, we will visit a sheepfold, where guests can get an insight into the lives of the shepherds living on the mountain, taste cheese and orda (Hungarian name of urdă, made from whey of sheep, goat or cow milk). Pásztorbükk is the site of the assassination of the Transylvanian prince Báthory Endre. During the tour we will get acquainted with the historical background of the place and the legends associated with it, as well as the lives of the mountain shepherds. In one of the farms the owners are waiting for us with a cold lunch.
