The cornerstone of the kitchen is lamb meat, which is used to prepare unforgettable dishes, carefully spiced and following local traditions. Special attention is also paid to the treasures of the forest: fresh, carefully selected wild mushrooms from the surrounding woods—Boletus, Honey Fungus, and Chanterelles —enrich the menu, cleaned with care and transformed into delicious meals. The deepest flavor experience is offered by the rustic potatoes baked in embers, whose smoky aroma evokes the genuine, original shepherd fires.
