The business of Bálint family was registered in 2000, at first only with a single product, the Szekler chimney cake. Nowadays the number of produced handmade products is more than 10, which are based only on traditional Szekler kitchen. The main products are: Szekler chimney cake, ”vargabéles”, traditional boiled-baked pretzels, wasp nest cake, cheese scone, cumin pertzels and pie with sour cream and plum.
The trademark SZÉKELY TERMÉK/PRODUS SECUIESC/SEKLER PRODUKT was approved for 7 products in 2012.
