The „Nagyküküllő” Hunting-Angling association was founded in 1906 with the noble aim of protecting the surrounding forests, wild waters and wildlife. 11 hunter groups and an angler club pursue their activities on our 8 hunting grounds. From the 110.000 hectares of hunting area 32.000 hectares include forests, so we form Hargita county's largest game management unit! We have characteristically big game hunting grounds, where also can be found the small game, but not in a considerable number. The non-resident hunters must comply with the regulations in Romania, and they have to take notice without conditions about the association's valid prices. Therefore we provide to our guests an official invitation (required to obtain the local hunting permit) and according to their claim, we assure the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We organize individual and collective hunting parties in Transylvania as: driven hunts; high-seat hunts; stalking or spot & stalk hunts.

The spa is located next to the Salty Well in Merești/Homoródalmás. The salty water of the spa is excellent for the treatment of rheumatic, nervous system and gynecological complaints, the temperature is 36-38C degree. In salt baths, the skin does not dry out, as water is bound in the outer stratum corneum of the skin. This preserves the skin's natural protective layer. Therefore, it is highly recommended for dry skin. Reccomandation:  • Detoxification • Activation of homeostasis • Neurodermatitis • Treatment of psoriasis, psoriasis • Skin complaints dry or oily skin • Stress relief • Exhaustion • Correct sleep disorders • Deacidification There is a car park, a children’s playground, two wooden tubs (dézsa) filled with saltwater, a jacuzzi, hydromassage and a Finnish sauna for visitors longing for some pampering and refreshing.

The O-Saros spa was rebuilt exactly after the old architecture of the XIX century - when it had mud. The construction has a special beauty: it's made of wood and has glass ceiling.  It feeds directly from the nearest source, the cold water of the cold basin has 17 ° C, the hot basin 28-34 ⁰C. A 10-day cure is recommended. The combination of skiing + warm bath in mineral water + sauna + cold water + massage is, we think, an interesting proposal for those looking for fitness, sports and leisure. In the yard there is a freshwater swimming pool.

On the Hidegség/Valea Rece in Gyimesközéplok/Lunca de Jos, heading upstream for 10 kilometers, one reaches the Muhos Stream. Here there is a spring known as “büdös víz” (“stinky water”), which in the late 1960s and early 1970s was used as a small therapeutic bath in a modest two-tub facility. Since then, only its memory remains—along with the locals’ wish to once again enjoy the beneficial and healing effects of the water. Building on this idea, Emil Prezsmer and his son Zsolt began constructing a 110-square-meter, two-story building and developing its surroundings. The facility is intended to serve both the residents of Gyimes/Ghimeș and tourists, offering the chance to experience the healing power of this unique water in a picturesque natural environment and under civilized conditions. Characteristics of the medicinal water: • oligomineral–acratothermal–hypotonic water • predominantly sulfate water (magnesium–calcium–sodium sulfate) • mildly acidic, chloride–saline water (sodium–calcium chloride; earthy–calcareous water; calcium–magnesium water) • slightly zinc-containing water • hard water • athermal water, temperature below 20°C Therapeutic indications: A. Musculoskeletal disorders • Rheumatic degenerative diseases, chronic joint inflammations • Diseases of periarticular soft tissues; chronic inflammatory conditions of tendons, tendon sheaths, and joint capsules; post-traumatic and post-surgical pathological changes B. Chronic skin diseases • Eczema, psoriasis, post-traumatic skin conditions C. After-effects of injuries and surgical interventions D. Peripheral nerve disorders • Polyneuropathies E. Chronic inflammations of the uterus and ovaries • Metroanexitis F. Allergic diseases • Respiratory allergies • Skin allergies

The Chirui Baths (in Hungarian Kirulyfürdő, translated as "The King’s Baths ") are located on the Odorhei-Miercurea Ciuc road, near Vlăhiţa. Thanks to the clean air, the quiet environment and the gentle climate, Chiruiul has long been the most beloved tourist settlement and spa resort in Harghita County and beyond. The Chirui baths have been known since 1600, but their development dates back to 1770. At the entrance to the Chirui baths is the H503 Chirui drilling, which intermittently erupts mineral carbonated water. A circular bridge was built around it, and if you are lucky to arrive during the eruption, you will witness an unusual show. In the resort area there are three carbonated springs, strongly mineralized (2-4 g / l). Water is particularly tasty because of its very high carbon dioxide content (CO2 = 1.6 g / l). They were recommended as treatment for digestive disorders, for hypoacidity and as diuretics, and externally for cardiovascular disease. Text, photo and video source: http://amfostacolo.ro

As part of a project, initiated by the Tourism Association of Corund/Korond, two new pools was created on the original site, one 8×12 metres for adults and one 4×4 metres for children. Three centuries ago, this place was already famous. At the foot of the legendary Firtos Hill, at an altitude of five hundred and thirty-four metres above sea level, in the heart of Szeklerland, lies the traditional bath, surrounded by a beautiful large pinewood park! "The water from the salt spring of Corund/Korond is one of the best salt waters, with important components other than salt, such as the high levels of free carbonic acid, iron and sodium bicarbonate, which are unusual in salt waters. And so it is three times more dense than the world-famous Nauheim, which is why it is called Unicum." (Count Sándor Teleki, 1729) ENTRY: • for locals 5 RON • for tourists 10 RON
