Rural Development Gheorgheni/Gyergyószentmiklós | OPEN FARM WEEKEND

The programs organized within the framework of the Rural Development Gheorgheni/Gyergyószentmiklós Open Farm Weekend focus on cheesemaking, the world of medicinal herbs, and family-friendly, experience-based farm activities.
Visitors can gain insight through guided sessions into the journey of milk from pasture to long-aged cheeses, discover traditional processing methods, and learn about the use of medicinal herbs and natural ingredients.

On September 25, the Rural Development Gheorgheni/Gyergyószentmiklós welcomes visitors between 9 AM and 3 PM for a pleasant program offering an insight into the world of local products. During the visit, guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy cheese, yogurt and wine tastings.
