Pista Bá’s Goose Feast

This weekend, goose takes center stage in Pista Bá’s kitchen!

And not just any goose! We prepare our dishes using home-raised geese fed on grain, just like in the good old days: homemade, hearty and generous!

Enjoy crispy goose cracklings served with fresh toast, a rich, golden goose soup with semolina dumplings, and, of course, a delicious main course. We’re preparing a feast that will leave no one hungry!
