On October 14, BORSÓ opens its doors! Join us for a day of cooking, baking, tasting and connecting.
Drop by to discover BORSÓ and, if you feel inspired, put on an apron and take part in one of our free workshops!

Programme:
  • 10:00 – The Secret to Fluffy Sweet Bread with Csilla Pál
  • 12:00 – Healthy Snacks for Kids with Alessandra Pirlea
  • 14:00 – Pumpkin Dumplings with Spinach Cheese Sauce with Előd Szőcs
  • 16:00 – Tarragon Semolina Dumpling Soup with Tímea Gáll – an exclusive workshop for invited guests, open to visitors to observe
  • 17:30 – The World of Cocktails with Zsolt Rusu – visitors are welcome to join

Want to cook or bake with us?
The free workshops at 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00 are limited to 10 participants each. Advance registration is required, and each person may choose one workshop.

Prefer to look around and taste?
Visitors are welcome without registration or capacity limits. You can also drop in to observe the 16:00 and 17:30 sessions.
