Hobóc
A solo performance by Lehel-András Barti

Director: Péter Dávid
Music: Zoltán Ferenczi

A clown is not a clown because they are always ridiculous, but because they dare to reveal their vulnerability:
that they don't know something,
that they are afraid,
that they fail, yet keep trying again and again.

Perhaps that is why we can all relate to them.

By the end of the performance, hopefully, it won't be only the clown who finds what they are looking for. The audience, too, may discover something: that the childlike freedom we gradually lose in everyday life still lives within each of us.

Perhaps there is a clown hiding inside all of us. This performance invites us to let that clown come out, even if just for a little while.

Dare to play.
Dare to make mistakes.
Dare to let go of what holds you back.
Dare to play!
