Gluten-Free & Special Diet Workshop

Free-from eating is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday life. This workshop offers practical knowledge for preparing gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes that are both delicious and nutritious.

Led by creative chef Károly Blendea, with nearly 30 years of professional experience, the workshop includes appetizers, egg-free dishes, special soups, main courses and free-from desserts.
