Creating Local Gastronomic Points – Expanding the Opportunities for Food Tourism
The creation of Local Gastronomic Points means expanding the opportunities for gastronomic tourism.
Local Gastronomic Points are units represented by the private kitchens of rural homes, where culinary products are prepared and served according to regional recipes, directly to consumers, usually for a maximum of 15 people.

Municipality of Lunca de Jos/Gyimesközéplok, Harghita County Veterinary and Food Safety Directorate, the Harghita County Directorate for Agriculture, Association of Szekler Agricultural Organisations, Harghita Community Development Association and the National Agency for Mountain Areas are jointly organizing a free training session.
During the event, participants will learn about the steps required to establish Local Gastronomic Points, the operational regulations of such units, and will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic.
