We are proud to announce the arrival of Lengyel László Levente, pastry chef of Málna, which is also very popular at the Taste of Transylvania Gastronomy Festival!
We are looking forward to an extraordinary occasion at the Gastronomy Academy, where you can learn how to make Dubai chocolate in tart form, which is sweeping the world these days, but that's not all, as László will teach you how to make some very special and wonderful desserts.
Remember: no professional experience is necessary to participate in this workshop, it is mainly for amateurs.
