The Concert of the Ciuc Chamber Orchestra 2024

The Ciuc Chamber Orchestra warmly invites its audience to a concert that captures the magical spirit of Christmas!
From the Baroque era to the 20th century, the orchestra has selected works that perfectly complement the festive season, with their graceful melodies or subtle references to the Christmas celebration.

The evening’s soloist will be Rafaela Fernandez, currently studying violin in Salzburg. The concert's artistic director is Makcim Fernandez Samodaiev, from Sibiu.

– Joseph Haydn: Violin Concerto in C Major
– Soloist: Rafaela Fernandez (Salzburg)

– Leroy Anderson: “A Christmas Festival” (arranged for string orchestra)
