A one-day workshop where the focus is all in the details!
If you’d love to learn how to create a variety of stunning and delicious desserts for a festive dessert table, this is the place for you!

During the day, we’ll prepare both classic and modern treats:
crispy choux au craquelin, colorful and flavorful macarons, layered Bounty dessert cups, silky tiramisu, and fun cake pops.
We'll also make muffins, coffee-based individual desserts, mini tarts with English lemon curd, and end with a truly light and elegant mini Pavlova with raspberry jam.

The focus will be on flavor harmony, playful textures, and beautiful presentation – so the final result will not only taste great, but look spectacular too.
