The Codex Early Music Ensemble was founded in 1996 by music teachers and students of the Faculty of Music, Transilvania University of Brașov. Comăneşti village, which belongs to the Mărtiniș commune, is probably the most peculiar settlement in the region. Comăneşti and Aldea villages were situated along the road linking the Vlăhiţa-Nouă forge with Braşov city. This was a commercial route with heavy traffic until the beginning of the 20th century. After 1918, the map was redesigned, the main road bypassed these villages, the forging operation was gradually stopped and these villages became isolated. These facts contributed to the preservation of the intact buildings of the region, keeping the specific characteristics of the Homorod Valley architecture, of a special beauty, the aspects of a traditional folk architecture, where form and function were organically linked together. Despite the fact that it is a unique village, it now has a bleak, deserted aspect. It has a valuable patrimony, but its stately homes are deserted due to its isolation.

This inter-war villa fully refurbished in 2017, located in the centre of the spa resort Băile Tușnad, has 7 double rooms, a multifunctional attic approx. 100 sqm wide, suitable for parties, playground or doubling as a conference room, as well as a garden of approx. 3000 sqm. The initial architecture was preserved, but the villa was fitted with new equipment and materials, including furniture, mattresses, linen or towels, to suit the most demanding tastes. The first stop of our day will be the small town of Prejmer, where it is part of the World Heritage, XIII. We look at the Gothic Saxon fortress church built in the 16th century. From here we travel further and spend the afternoon in Brasov, the third largest city in Transylvania, the former great center of the Saxons of Transylvania, where we visit several places during our sightseeing walk. We see the main square of the city, the Council Hall, we see the famous Black Church, the largest gothic church in Transylvania, we walk along the old city wall. During the walk we touch one of the most beautiful surviving buildings in the city, the former gate of the city wall, the Catherine's Gate, and then we reach the third narrowest street in Europe, Strada Sforii, which is barely 1 meter wide. We will then have lunch in the main square of Brasov. After lunch, we drive to the famous alpine settlement, where we climb the cable car to the Christian mountains at 1,799 meters above sea level. Within a short walk we will reach the lookout and marvel not only at the city of Brasov, but also at the entire Țara Bârsei Basin. The “DávidVára Egyesület” Association’s main objective is the protection of cultural values from Șiclod / Siklód commune, through promotion of local cooperation, organization of cultural and artistic activities, protection of traditions, of cultural and ethnographic patrimony, as well as protection of the environment. Besides the rural tourism related activity, the association is dealing with collection, drying and wrapping of medicinal herbs. The recipes of the mixtures are inherited from parents and grandparents, and are used according to the recommendations of scientific literature. It got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for tea herb mixtures in 2014.

The Tusnad Spa Touristic Association has been founded by the local hospitality entrepreneurs. The orgaization runs the local touristic information center. During the Winter season the association operates the local Skislope. Great Paitball Parties are organized during the summer by the organization. ZETELAKA ÉS TÁRSAI Hunting and Fishing Association has the main goal to manage in a sustainable way the game and the hunting activity within some of the most specific hunting grounds from Harghita County. There are 4 Hunting Grounds we manage, in total 52934 ha. This we do through the establishment of a hunting association, on the terrains belonging to the Zetea area, in order to maintain the biodiversity and the biological balance of the game, also to increase the glory of trophies from here. The founding members are those who participated at the foundation of the association and have same interests as the land owners from Zetea area. The hunting activity is done by our own members and invited hunters from other associations and also from abroad. For our guests, at request we assure the transportation with terrain cars and lodging can be done in comfortable hunting cabins, right inside the hunting area. For the trophies we assure the issue from the authorities of the sanitary certificate and of the CITES certificate necessary to cross the borders. As needed we assure translator. The present game populations are vigorous and have excellent quality trophies, and the variety of species assure a long hunting period.
