 cake covering is one of the biggest challenges in pastry making.

If you’ve ever felt like “everything falls apart” during covering,
 if you want to finally work with confidence, precision, and aesthetic results,
 then this workshop is for you.

During this intensive, two-morning course, we will prepare 2 different cakes,
 while you learn the basics and practical applications of fondant and buttercream covering techniques.
