At the first BizniSZEK lecture of 2026, we will explore a topic that affects everyone yet is often misunderstood: the role of prevention and vaccinations in everyday health protection.
Our speaker, Dr. Sándor Orbán, has been a family physician for 16 years, serves as the doctor of two elderly care homes, has been involved in training healthcare assistants for 15 years, and worked for 13 years as an on-call physician in emergency care.
Drawing on many years of practical experience, he will help participants navigate health prevention issues in a clear, accessible way, using everyday examples.
Topics covered in the lecture
Prevention
- Recommended screening tests by age and gender
- The role of the family doctor in prevention (referrals, coordination)
- When and how specialists become involved
- How the screening system works in practice
Vaccinations
- Mandatory vaccinations
- Recommended optional vaccines for children and adults
- What you should know about the HPV vaccine
Conscious health protection is not only an individual responsibility, but a community one as well. The goal of the lecture is to provide reliable information and practical guidance on a topic that raises many questions.
