Spring Medicinal Herbs and Natural Healing

Spring Medicinal Herbs and Natural Healing

About

The guest of our March BizniSZEK event is Hajni Gáspár, the herbalist from Zetea.

For several years, Hajni has been a practical instructor in our medicinal and spice plant training program. In her everyday life, she focuses on learning about medicinal plants, collecting them, and processing them. She is dedicated to healthy living and natural healing, and her goal is to share knowledge that helps people recognize how many valuable and useful medicinal plants grow in our immediate surroundings.

In her presentation, she will focus on the medicinal plants of the spring season.
We will learn about the plants that begin to sprout and bud during this period.
She will also talk about how to properly collect and process them.
The lecture will also cover how we can prevent spring colds using natural methods, and how medicinal plants can help with recovery if we do get sick.

A special focus will be given to a remarkable plant:
the birch tree, whose medicinal properties, processing, tapping, and practical uses will also be presented.

By living in harmony with the rhythm of nature, we can take much more conscious care of our health. This lecture offers both inspiration and practical knowledge for anyone who would like to get closer to natural solutions.

The lecture is free of charge, but registration is required.

We look forward to welcoming you!
