  • Children (with extra bed* + child New Year’s menu): 1,800 RON/stay

  • Single room supplement: 1,600 RON
     *Max. 1 extra bed per room.

To finalize the reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show.

Welcome Snack (while guests arrive):
Foie gras brûlée with caramelized figs, served with toasted sweet bread

Starter:
Salmon tartare with capers, fermented beetroot, and quail egg, accompanied by smooth avocado cream and roasted nuts
First Course:
Confit Mangalica pork cheeks with truffle-flavored polenta
Second Course:
Pink duck breast, potato pavé, cauliflower cream with orange notes and browned butter (beurre noisette)
Third Course:
Pike-perch Wellington with broccoli bulgur and sautéed pak choi
Dessert:
Sabayon with poached apple, served with fluffy butter sponge cake
