On Museum Night, the castle awaits everyone!

On June 20, Mikó Castle welcomes visitors again with special experiences. On the Saturday closest to Midsummer Night, the Szekler Museum of Ciuc opens its doors and prepares a full day of unique programs for all ages.

A true festival atmosphere awaits in the castle courtyard: fun challenges, creative workshops, and interactive activities for children and adults alike. The evening will end with a special outdoor film screening.

Throughout the day, guided tours of the current exhibitions will be available, and visitors can also explore the behind-the-scenes world of the museum. Museum specialists will guide guests through storage areas and the restoration workshop, revealing the lesser-known stories behind collections and heritage preservation.

Participation in the programs is free from 4:00 PM, but registration at the information tent on site is required for the announced activities.

This year too, it is worth stepping through the gates of Mikó Castle – a magical summer evening adventure awaits everyone!
