God and the Self – The modern person’s image of God and self

By the nature of reality, deeply embedded in a consciousness shaped by a distinctly Christian spirituality, our relationship with God is one of the most personal and essential aspects of our lives—even if we are not fully aware of it. However, until we truly understand who we are, both individually and as human beings, this relationship may not become fully alive or fulfilling in our everyday experience.

If we are honest with ourselves, we already know that faith alone is not enough to truly live what Christian teachings represent. What could be the next step?

This talk is not a theological lecture, but rather a deeply honest reflection from multiple, sometimes unconventional perspectives, based on a long inner search. Its purpose is to inspire thought and support connection with the inward—and thus “upward”—path.
