Pain exhibition and tumor prevention lecture

How does art and science come together? How can a photo exhibition be called Pain? What is prevention?
The Pontis Health Organization, based in Târgu Mureş, together with the Gyergyószárhegy Cultural and Art Center and the Gyergyó Photo Club, is organizing an unusual event, during which those interested can attend the opening of the Photo Club to prevent cancer? prevention lecture.
But what is it all about? The Pontis Health Organization is a community of young, mostly resident physicians, faithful to its name, working to build a bridge between healthcare professionals and patients by creating a variety of information platforms and programs. Our dedicated company aims to educate patients, bring people closer to the concept of health, and help them navigate the winding paths of the health care system. Our present event is also designed to serve this purpose: to raise awareness of the importance of preventing cancer.
The name of the Gheorgheni Photo Club is certainly familiar to many, and their work has been a constant feature of the cultural and artistic life of the Gheorgheni Basin for more than a decade. Their exhibition entitled PAIN will be presented for the first time in local circles. Attila Munzlinger, Vice President of the Photo Club, will pay tribute. The photographs provide an artistic insight into the nature of pain and suffering, inviting the viewer to turn to those emotions with greater empathy.
How do art and science go hand in hand? Together, the two separate paths of understanding and cognition can provide a more complete approach to a complex subject such as pain and illness.
The event will be hosted by the Cika Room of the Culture House in Gheorgheni on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 18:00. We look forward to hearing from you!
