Concert CCO

At the end of this month, the great Kelemen-Kokas couple will visit our city, accompanied by their equally talented violinist son, Gáspár Kelemen. A year and a half ago, the musician family gave a concert with the Chamber Orchestra, then under full lock down, with live streaming of the performance. On the stage, which is now back to full capacity, will be performed baroque and 19th century compositions.

On the Program:

Mendelssohn-Bartholdy: Symphony No. 10. in b minor

Bach: Double Concerto in d minor, BWV 1043

Wieniawski: Polonaise in D major, No. 4.

Tchaikovsky: Souvenir de Florance

Invited guests:

Barnabás Kelemen, Liszt Ferenc, Kossuth, Bartók-Pásztory Prize-winning violinist, Katalin Kokas, Liszt Ferenc Prize-winning viola and violinist. And their son Gáspár Kelemen also violinist.
