The rivalry between the ever-talented Mozart and the mediocre yet determined composer Salieri has been a source of inspiration for many. Antonio Salieri, a renowned composer at the court of Emperor Joseph II, passionately believes he is God’s chosen one, with his works reflecting the very voice of the divine. This belief is shattered when Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a bold and outspoken virtuoso, bursts onto Vienna’s musical scene. Compared to the melodies of this young genius, Salieri’s music feels ordinary, mediocre, and conventional. God punishes him further, as Salieri becomes the only one capable of truly recognizing and appreciating Mozart’s unique and revolutionary talent. As a result, Salieri wages war against God through His chosen creation—none other than Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Ladies and gentlemen, we proudly present Salieri’s final work, “The Mystery of Mozart’s Death.” Dedicated to posterity.

The performance will be in Hungarian with Romanian surtitles.
Reserved tickets can be purchased in advance at the theater’s box office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, or on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Tickets will also be available one hour before the performance.
